ASSOCIATION
International Association for Jungian Coaches and Consultants
The International Association for Jungian Coaching and Consulting (IAJCC) is the professional advisory and support body for Jungian Coaching and Consulting around the world. Being an organization created by Jungians for Jungians, it offers a collaborative environment for those dedicated to personal and professional progress within the framework of Jungian concepts.
It is jointly founded, directed, and managed by senior Jungian analysts of the C. G. Jung Institute Zurich, John O’Brien and Nada O’Brien together with INSEAD Masters in Change consultant Benjamin Grosser. Each member is professionally qualified, trained, and experienced in in-depth psychology, business transformation, and education.
Based on extensive professional clinical practice and research with individuals, groups, and major organisations since the late 1980s, and inspired by the work of Carl Gustav Jung, the IAJCC was formed in 2024 to support, develop, and empower professional change agents in chosen vocational practices and organisational roles.
