Most of What Shapes Our Decisions Remains Unconscious

Most of our decisions, reactions, and ways of relating are shaped by processes outside of conscious awareness.

And yet, most coaching and organisational work focuses only on what can be seen, said, and rationally understood.

This creates a gap.

What This Programme Offers

Jungian Framework

Work with the unconscious through core Jungian concepts, including complexes, archetypes, and symbolic processes.

Experiential Learning

Engage in a deeply experiential process that includes reflection, dialogue, and direct encounter with inner material.

Applied Practice

Develop practical skills for working with individuals, teams, and organisations in real professional contexts.

Individual Analysis

Undertake one-to-one Jungian analysis as part of your professional and personal development.

Accreditation

A transformative, one-year online program tailored for senior executives and change leaders. This 1-Year Diploma, created by the founders of scientific Jungian Coaching, offers deep immersion into the unconscious alongside advanced educational frameworks. Delivered through live online sessions and structured independent study, the programme provides mastery of Analytical Psychology, diagnostic methods, group dynamics, and ethical practice. Small cohorts of 8–15 participants ensure personalised development, including both group and individual projects within an engaged international learning community. There is no going back

The CGJC training opened doors of depth psychology for me and there is no going back. Not only did I find it personally gratifying, but professionally as well applying Jungian techniques and approaches is allowing for a deeper, inherently stronger and more integrated experience.
